Our recruitment methodology is proactive, meaning we actively go to market to find talent. We also offer a very flexible approach to our clients which allow us to easily tailor recruitment initiatives to suit your requirements.
Once engaged, Inview Consulting will initiate an extensive talent search according to our clients’ requirements and specifications and in doing so will utilise all necessary resources at our disposal including our vast database, advertising, research in the marketplace and online business contacts and networks to identify not only great candidates on the market but in the market.
As potential candidates are identified they will be interviewed by an Inview Consulting Specialist Recruiter to determine not only their technical suitability for the role but also their cultural fit to your company and team. If a match is determined then a shortlist of candidates will be submitted to the client.
Inview Consulting’s partnership approach will mean that we will work alongside you throughout the entire recruitment process from engagement to delivery and will keep you abreast of all developments along the way.
